Booking a Place

We accept children from two years old until and they can stay with us until they leave to go to Primary School. Children are accepted on a first come, first served basis, regardless of gender, racial origin, ethnic background, disability or religion.

Before you join us we invite you come in and visit us with your child for a ‘show-around’. You need to ensure we are the right place for your family’s needs. The process is as follows:

  1. Parents/carers should contact us vis telephone or email. We will take some basic details from you and then we will book a convenient time for you to come and have an initial visit with us.
  2. On the day of the visit we will request to see some form of identification before a viewing can commence.
  3. Our manager will give you a full tour of the setting and be available to answer any questions you may have.
  4. If, at this stage, you wish to book place the request will be passed on to admissions who will contact you regarding paperwork and registration fees required to proceed.
  5. Once your registration fee is received then your place is secure and a Home Visit will be booked with you, whereby two members of staff will visit you and your child in your own home. We will gather as much information in this visit for our ‘All About Me’ form which is completely child focussed. It also gives your child a chance to meet some of their teachers in a safe and familiar environment. We find this helps ease the settling in process.
