Lapal Grange Preschool

Our wonderful team consists of qualified practitioners who are committed to striving towards excellence in delivering Early Childhood Education and Care. Our practitioners individual strengths are identified and staff roles are built around unique skills and interests.

All staff receive Child Protection, First Aid and Food Hygiene training and access a range of courses through Dudley MBC and in service training. These include Characteristics of Effective Learning, Skills of observation, Healthy Eating Awareness and Understanding Behaviour.  Practitioners are committed to continual professional development and self improvement to ensure standards remain high and continue to move forward.

The team are supported by the Childcare Support Officer and Early Years Advisor from Dudley,

The setting supports students from local high schools and colleges; providing excellent experiences to ensure childcare workers of the future are competent and well trained.
